If you have a lost DEBIT CARD, please report to 800-754-4128 immediately to avoid any unauthorized transactions.

If you believe you have been a victim of fraud on your DEBIT CARD, please report to Fraud Service Center 1-855-961-1602 immediately. Fraud Service Center is an outside service; therefore, you will not be speaking directly to a Credit Union representative. Fraud Service Center is authorized to block charges on your card but they will not ask you for any secure information on OUTBOUND calls.
